I remember the song very well! but forgot the title to many years ago and to much memory used with other titles in my mind

It's the 2001 track 'Secrets' by the German-act "3-Force". I put it on the compilations 'Club Inferno Vol. 6 and 'Trance 2001 Vol. 2' and 'Classic Trance Clips' (all Shift Music Germany via ZYX Germany). Maybe these CD's are still available.
